Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications while driving technical architecture and delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum teams to ensure adherence to Sprint deliverables and drive solution architecture.
• Perform code and design reviews, enforcing coding standards and mentoring team members.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine technical requirements.
• Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams for seamless delivery and manage production issues.
• Drive the adoption of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation strategies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot in microservices architectures.
• Hands-on development with React JS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Boards, Repos).
• Expertise in GitHub Enterprise, version control, and branching strategies.
• Experience building cloud-native and containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and integration patterns.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and working with distributed global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML tools, Generative AI, or AI-assisted development tools.
• Domain experience in Insurance or Financial Services.
