Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development.
• Minimum 3 years experience with React or Vue.js for dynamic UI construction.
• Minimum 3 years experience using Tailwind CSS for custom, responsive styling.
• Minimum 2 years experience implementing reactive patterns with state management (e.g., Redux, Vuex).
• Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design principles.
• Experience building accessible UIs meeting WCAG standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma or Adobe XD for design translation.
• Familiarity with SASS/SCSS for modular styling.
