Description

You will establish GitHub Copilot readiness and agentic foundations for development teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement acceptable-use and data-boundary policies for AI assistants.
• Optimize repository hygiene and code context through documentation and templates.
• Create prompt patterns and workflow templates to standardize AI interactions.
• Instrument telemetry and monitoring to measure Copilot effectiveness and compliance.
• Deliver an agentic proof-of-concept with robust guardrails.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Full Stack developer.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack development.
• Hands-on experience configuring and using GitHub Copilot.
• Track record developing standardized code templates, documentation, and workflows.
• Experience defining and operationalizing technical policies for AI and code automation.
• Ability to deliver reusable assets that boost developer productivity and code quality.
• Proven ability to self-organize and manage deliverables independently.
