Description

Design, build, and maintain efficient Java codebases while owning the full development lifecycle from architecture to support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reusable, reliable Java solutions using Spring Boot and Microservices architectures.
• Identify bottlenecks, troubleshoot production issues, and recommend system-level fixes across multiple environments.
• Create database schemas and manage data persistence using JDBC and embedded databases.
• Develop frontend interfaces using Angular or React and maintain legacy components with JSP and Struts.
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure code quality and system stability.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with frontend technologies: Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with JDBC, database schema design, and data modeling.
• Ability to maintain and refactor legacy code (JSP, Struts).
• Experience implementing unit tests and automated testing platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with remote teams and effective cross-functional communication.
• High flexibility to travel as required by project needs.
