You will build and maintain end-to-end solutions within the banking cards and payments domain. You own the architectural and technical aspects of assigned projects, developing simple, effective solutions for complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural and technical aspects of assigned projects.
• Facilitate technical discussions, resolve conflicts, and drive continual improvement within the team.
• Communicate directly with customers to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Develop simple, effective solutions for complex technical problems.
• Build and maintain end-to-end solutions in the banking cards and payments domain.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional development experience in the Java technology stack.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Microservices and RESTful services.
• Proficiency in front-end development using React or Angular.
• Proven track record in a technical lead or senior developer role.
• Any graduate degree.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru in a hybrid capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with WebAPI, CI/CD, and Kafka.
