Design and implement scalable microservices while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Mentor junior developers, set coding standards, and conduct code reviews.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to communicate technical concepts.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities.
• Document system architecture and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional programming experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 17 and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in React for frontend development.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Strong knowledge of Maven for build and dependency management.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Experience using Eclipse IDE.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in telecom inventory systems or similar domains.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
