Description

• We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js to support the development and enhancement of banking applications.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and microservices in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver secure and high-performance solutions.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external banking systems.
• Participate in application architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Experience working on digital banking, payments, lending, or customer onboarding platforms is highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 9+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in REST APIs, Kafka, and messaging frameworks. Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Banking domain experience in Payments, Retail Banking, Lending, Cards, or Digital Banking.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
