Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and full-stack applications using Java, owning the delivery pipeline from requirements gathering to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications following software engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Delivery Leads to facilitate planned releases and ensure end-to-end functionality.
• Conduct code reviews, provide team guidance, and enforce coding standards and architecture guidelines.
• Design and implement efficient unit, acceptance, and integration tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Address non-functional requirements such as performance and security while interacting with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience with Java and Microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and standard design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum processes.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, perform refinements, and demonstrate results effectively.
• Experience handling non-functional requirements including performance tuning and security.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for working with interface teams across time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring team members and leading code review initiatives.
• Background in supporting testing, training, and implementation phases of large projects.
