Description

You will design and build prototype backend and frontend systems to improve customer experience and drive revenue.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research, prototype, and develop software solutions for retail applications.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including computer vision, machine learning, and systems design specialists.
• Deliver engineering solutions on time with a high bar for quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, libraries, and frameworks.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• 3+ years of experience with backend frameworks including Node.js or NestJS.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL database design.
• 3+ years of experience with cloud services, including Virtual Machines, Serverless Functions, and Blob Storage.
• Familiarity with containerized application tooling and deployments using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RTSP video streaming solutions.
• Experience with Kafka or other data-streaming frameworks.
• Experience with Angular 6+ or TypeScript.
