Description

You will design, develop, and maintain mission-critical enterprise Java applications using Spring Boot and microservices. You own the full lifecycle of RESTful APIs and application components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Java 7/8 applications with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Implement microservices and RESTful APIs using JAX-RS and Swagger.
• Manage deployment pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, and Tomcat 8.
• Ensure web application security and logical problem-solving in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Java development experience.
• 3+ years implementing Java/Spring Boot microservices.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Integration, and Spring Data.
• Experience with JAX-RS, Swagger, Tomcat 8, Maven, and Jenkins.
• Version control with Git and SVN.
• API testing using Postman/Newman and Mountebank.
• Understanding of web application security.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with functional programming aspects in Java.
• Ability to grasp business logic beyond coding.
