Description

You will build and maintain distributed applications within a microservices architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug full-stack applications using Java 8, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Architect fault-tolerant distributed systems focused on performance and scale.
• Develop RESTful services and manage domain model microservices via API gateways.
• Implement front-end components using Reactjs and write tests using Jest/Enzyme.
• Maintain data integrity across SQL, Postgres, and NoSQL databases.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Reactjs and RESTful API development.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture and service-oriented architecture.
• Direct experience with SQL, Postgres, and NoSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Cloud/AWS, Snowflake, and Spark.
• Proficiency in Test Driven Development using JUnit for Spring Boot.
• Experience with messaging technologies like Kafka and queuing systems.
• Background in financial front office technologies and processes.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with Python.
• Experience using Terraform scripts.
