Description

You will build and maintain scalable, cloud-native applications using Java and modern DevOps practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop features using Java, J2EE, and Spring frameworks, including Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Containerize services using Docker and deploy them onto AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Design and implement solutions utilizing REST/SOAP web services and process modeling (BPMN/DMN).
• Implement testing strategies using TDD and BDD frameworks like JUnit and Cucumber.
• Manage the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipeline operations and infrastructure automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development, including J2EE, Java, Web Development, and SQL.
• Strong proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience with cloud deployment on AWS and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling such as GIT, Jenkins, Maven, and Docker.
• Experience working with enterprise messaging technologies like ActiveMQ.
• Proficiency in development practices including Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience with static analysis tools (e.g., Fortify, SonarQube).
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation concepts (e.g., Ansible/Gradle/Maven).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities independently.
