Description

You will build and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern tooling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications using Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, and Spring-Boot.
• Develop and implement microservices using Spring-Boot and REST APIs.
• Implement cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services like EC2, IAM, S3, and Lambda.
• Manage application lifecycle through the DevOps tool chain, including Jenkins and Git/BitBucket.
• Contribute to application design discussions and deploy applications to target environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java 8+/J2EE, Spring, Spring-Boot, and RESTful Services.
• 2+ years of experience designing and developing microservices with Spring-Boot and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of ORM Frameworks, specifically JPA / Hibernate.
• 2+ years of experience with a UI Framework, specifically Angular or ReactJS.
• 1+ years of experience implementing cloud solutions using AWS services (EC2, IAM, S3, Lambda, etc).
• Good knowledge of a relational database system, such as PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience with the DevOps tool chain (Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven/Gradle, GIT/BitBucket).
• Good knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OAuth implementation using Ping Identity.
• Familiarity with API Management (Apigee) and Service Mesh (Istio).
