You will design and develop scalable, resilient systems using Java to drive iterative product improvements in Plano, TX.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms.
• Execute software solutions, technical troubleshooting, and system design while adhering to established design constraints.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for system improvements.
• Analyze large, diverse data sets to develop visualizations and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers and business analysts during planning sessions to outline technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of applied experience in software engineering with a Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
• Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience developing and debugging code within large corporate environments.
• Kafka, AWS, React, and Java.
• Knowledge of database querying languages.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, including CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of technical disciplines such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or mobile.
