Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from systems analysis and design to implementation and support. You will analyze complex business processes, define operating standards, and deliver secure, scalable application solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and time/cost estimates for new application systems.
• Monitor and control all development phases, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes, and make evaluative judgments using specialty knowledge.
• Define operating standards and ensure essential procedures are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide user and operational support, ensuring successful system functionality and post-implementation security measures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java and full stack development.
• Experience in application development and software applications engineering.
• Proven track record in project management and managing successful projects.
• Ability to define operating standards and establish new or revised application systems.
• Experience in consulting methodologies, risk assessment, and security implementation.
• Ability to work under pressure with changing requirements and provide user support.

Preferred Skills

• Experience serving as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to serve as an advisor or coach to lower-level analysts.
