Description

You will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex software applications, serving as a technical advisor to stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for system development projects.
• Monitor and control all development phases, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze complex business problems to recommend advanced programming solutions and evaluate business processes.
• Define operating standards and processes for the development team while ensuring compliance with security measures and regulations.
• Assess risk during business decision-making to safeguard assets and guide junior analysts through technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in systems analysis, programming, and software applications development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and fullstack development methodologies.
• Experience in project management, including managing successful project implementations and deadlines.
• Ability to perform risk assessment and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and exercise judgment in technical matters.
• Experience in consulting methodologies and providing technical guidance to clients and users.

Preferred Skills

• Background in model development and security measures implementation.
• Ability to manage pressure and adapt to unexpected changes in project scope.
