Description

You will build and maintain full-stack web applications, integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems. You own the application lifecycle from design through monitoring, while mentoring junior developers and driving performance improvements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable SPAs using Angular, React, or Vue, paired with Node.js or Python backends.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs and implement AI/ML features including LLMs, RAG, and prompt orchestration.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring robust containerization and MLOps practices.
• Troubleshoot open-source issues, tune SPA performance, and collaborate in an Agile environment across distributed teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead technical decisions for application architecture and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong proficiency in Java and Python backend development.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js (LoopBack preferred) and 8+ years with Angular, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI tools: OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, and Prompt Engineering.
• Practical knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone/Qdrant) and implementing RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and relational/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong debugging skills for SPAs and performance tuning capabilities.
• Experience leading the full application lifecycle including design, development, deployment, and monitoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React or Vue.js as an alternative frontend framework to Angular.
• Deep familiarity with MLOps practices and scaling AI models in production environments.
