Description

Lead fullstack development within an agile environment, owning technical design decisions and release quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead development efforts and own technical design decisions for the team.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React and modern component libraries.
• Architect and manage data persistence using both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Write maintainable, testable code across the entire application stack.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of professional experience with Java Spring Boot.
• 4+ years of professional experience with React.
• Extensive experience in microservices development.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and Java.
• Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Extensive experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB or Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency with component libraries and design systems like Material-UI, Ant Design, or Bootstrap.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flask or Django frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with UX design.
