Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications and backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and integrate REST APIs and services across distributed platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in solution design and technical discussions for engineering requirements.
• Perform code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product and architecture teams.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on Java application development experience.
• Strong understanding of fullstack application architecture and enterprise scalability.
• Proven experience building and integrating REST APIs in distributed environments.
• Deep knowledge of software design principles, coding standards, and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities across application layers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to independently own technical deliverables and drive solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and improving team engineering quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
