Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex user stories, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions while providing technical guidance to the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs and Spring Boot microservices following OpenAPI standards.
• Design and implement cloud-native applications using Azure services and Kubernetes.
• Lead solution design, review requirements, and challenge wireframes from a technical and business perspective.
• Drive technical quality, optimize processes, and reduce technical debt within the Scrum team.
• Provide technical SME support to onshore architects and guide team members on best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Java and object-oriented programming.
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in ReactJS for building responsive and scalable front-end applications.
• Experience with Cloud services and containerized deployments using Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of GoF design patterns and application architecture.
• Ability to develop POCs and adapt to new technologies with a research-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of AI and AI-enabled development practices.
• Experience driving process optimization and reducing engineering costs.
