You will lead technical direction and guide software engineering efforts for the team.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration.
• Anticipate dependencies across teams to deliver applications meeting business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships ensuring adherence to compliance and SLAs.
• Provide technical guidance to immediate software engineering team members.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development using Java.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
• Experience developing UI applications using React.js or Angular.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of REST and GraphQL API standards.
• Familiarity with Kafka for data streaming.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle.
