Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and front-end applications while providing technical leadership to the engineering team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide the team on implementation.
• Develop and maintain scalable REST APIs and Spring Boot microservices.
• Build responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Own complex user stories end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
• Drive technical best practices, reduce technical debt, and optimize processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficient in ReactJS for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and GoF design patterns.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments.
• Ability to work with Azure Cloud services for cloud-native applications.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in POC development.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of AI and AI-enabled development practices.
• Experience collaborating with onshore architects and technical leads.
