Description

You will build and maintain enterprise-grade backend systems and AI-integrated fullstack applications using Java and Python.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Integrate AI/ML models and services into enterprise applications using Python.
• Design and implement secure RESTful APIs and optimize PostgreSQL database queries.
• Utilize AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Python for AI/ML integration.
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and service security.
• Practical experience with AI coding assistants (Claude, Copilot, Cursor).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating backend services with workflow orchestration platforms like Appian.
• Familiarity with AI-native development models and full-stack code generation.
