Description

You will own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements elicitation and design to implementation, testing, and production support for Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable development tasks and document design decisions.
• Develop and integrate new features using Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, manage code repositories, and implement test strategies to ensure high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform debugging, and recommend preventive strategies to enhance reliability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and client leads to design features and support smooth application transitions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Hands-on proficiency in front-end technologies: ReactJS, JavaScript, JSP, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with database management using MongoDB, PL/SQL, and Oracle.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for deployment and scalability.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker containerization, and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for full-stack applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI/ML for integrating intelligent features into applications.
• Experience with performance tuning and working in a global delivery environment.
