Description

Lead fullstack development for micro-frontend applications, managing migrations from on-premise to cloud while coordinating onshore and offshore teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build micro-frontend applications using ReactJS, Node.js, and modern JavaScript standards.
• Develop reusable UI components, responsive design systems, and state management solutions using Redux, ContextAPI, and React Hooks.
• Manage client API integrations via GraphQL, Apollo Client, Axios, and Fetch wrappers.
• Organize and lead application migration kick-offs, ensuring standardized processes for moving from on-premise to cloud environments.
• Coordinate effectively with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality code under pressure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Extensive hands-on experience in ReactJS and creating micro-frontend architectures.
• Proficiency in Modern JS (browser and Node.js), CSS, SCSS, and HTML5.
• Experience with front-end state management tools such as Redux, ContextAPI, and React Hooks.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like GIT and TFS.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java in a fullstack context.
• Proven track record of leading technical migrations from on-premise to cloud infrastructure.
