Description

You will lead the full project lifecycle, owning everything from requirements gathering through deployment and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop real-time integrations, web applications, and batch processing systems using Java and Spring frameworks.
• Execute code reviews and mentor team members on engineering best practices and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot, debug complex systems, and manage project deployments and production releases.
• Gather and clarify business requirements by communicating directly with business partners and vendors.
• Provide rotational production support to ensure system stability and quality standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of solid experience in Java development.
• Proficiency in Spring MVC, Hibernate, JMS, Unix, SQL, JSP, JavaScript, Tomcat, and SOAP.
• Experience designing and developing Spring Boot Microservices.
• Familiarity with web service development (SOAP and REST APIs).
• Ability to balance project development and support activities effectively.
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Apache Ignite, or MyBatis.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and CI environments.
