Description

You will lead the design, development, and technical troubleshooting of complex software solutions across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, high-quality production code while reviewing and debugging code written by others.
• Build and execute creative software solutions to solve complex technical problems.
• Automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
• Lead technical evaluations of external vendors, startups, and internal architectural designs.
• Drive awareness and adoption of new technologies through engineering communities of practice.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and supporting large-scale, high-throughput, mission-critical payments applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot or equivalent frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
• Extensive experience with AWS, including Compute, Relational databases, NoSQL, memory processing, and serverless designs.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in data streaming using Kafka or Kinesis.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and continuous delivery methods.

Preferred Skills

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
