Description

Lead the architecture, design, and development of application components using Java and Tapestry. Manage high-performing development teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop application components using Java and Tapestry.
• Review design, code, and unit tests to ensure quality standards.
• Debug complex issues and manage product development activities.
• Coordinate with customers and offshore teams to track deliverables to closure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application design and development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Hibernate, and Spring.
• Deep understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Webservices and Tapestry.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Node.js.
• Experience managing projects via JIRA and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with version control tools like CVS, SVN, or Git.
• Experience working in on-site/offshore models with flexible hours.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, or AKS.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Microservices architecture, and Angular.
• Database experience with Oracle DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra.
