Description

You will lead development teams and manage technical delivery for Java-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate development teams to meet project goals and manage performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including product owners and business analysts, to align technical delivery with business requirements.
• Apply design principles, design patterns, and 12-factor app principles to software architecture.
• Oversee integration testing and ensure software development best practices are followed.
• Manage team conflicts and provide technical feedback to developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Java (v17 preferred) and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Angular and front-end technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Postgres databases.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization.
• Experience with Git, Bamboo, and CI/CD workflows.
• Practical application of DDD, Cucumber, and integration testing frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Agile environments and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with defect analysis, management, TDD, and UX design.
• Knowledge of microfrontend architecture and warehouse systems.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes tools, Kibana, Grafana, and IAM solutions.
