Description

Build and maintain Java-based services while integrating GenAI capabilities like GitHub Copilot into development workflows and product features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications and microservices.
• Integrate GenAI tools, specifically GitHub Copilot, to enhance coding efficiency and product functionality.
• Manage event streaming and messaging architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure services on Microsoft Azure.
• Communicate technical progress and blockers clearly with the engineering team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java development.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools, including GitHub Copilot.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architectures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Java applications to Azure.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding best practices.
