Lead a development team through technical decision-making and troubleshooting. Design and build APIs using Spring Boot microservices and OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers through technical decision-making and troubleshooting.
• Design and build APIs using Spring Boot microservices and OAuth.
• Implement test-driven development and manage automated testing frameworks.
• Monitor application performance using observability stacks.
• Apply Agile methodologies including Scrum, Lean, or SAFe to delivery workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Golang.
• Experience with Spring Data, Kafka, and Gradle.
• Hands-on with container orchestration using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, Podman, and AWS EKS.
• Cloud development experience using AWS services including Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.
• Infrastructure management using Terraform.
• Database experience with Couchbase.
• Automated testing expertise with Postman, Karate, JUnit, Mockito, Wiremock, Selenium, Mocha, Jest, or JMeter.
• Observability experience with Elastic stack, Prometheus, Jaeger, Grafana, Opentracing, Fortuna, or Datadog.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with consumer lending banking applications.
