Description

You will develop and maintain the Guidewire platform to meet specific business requirements within the auto insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop moderate to complex software solutions following established standards and internal controls.
• Convert high-level system specifications and use cases into low-level design plans and technical specifications.
• Analyze system dependencies, integration points, and the impact of proposed changes on supporting applications.
• Conduct unit and system integration testing to ensure software meets performance, quality, and security standards.
• Provide technical documentation for design decisions, estimating assumptions, and code modules.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development.
• Direct experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow applications.
• Mandatory background in Auto Insurance.
• Proficiency in Java programming.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and stored procedures.
• Experience with XML and HTML.
• Technical competency in database management and data integration projects.
• Ability to work the required shift from 5 PM to 2 AM.
