Description

Manage and support WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Application Server systems in a 24x7 on-call environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug production interfaces, application, and infrastructure outages.
• Analyze, design, code, test, debug, and install production fixes and solutions.
• Collect MQ trace data and interact with vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Represent the team on development projects and document installation procedures independently.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for middleware support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in middleware or infrastructure support.
• Proficiency with WebSphere MQ.
• Experience with Java.
• Ability to analyze problem records and drive technical solutions.
• Experience managing production systems and handling outages.
• Ability to document and install production fixes independently.
• Any Graduate degree.
