You will design and scale complex business applications and backend integrations.

Responsibilities

• Scale existing products to handle increased functional complexity and non-functional requirements.
• Build highly scalable business applications involving large complex flows and massive data volumes.
• Convert technical designs into fluent, high-quality code.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code and interface coverage.
• Manage multiple projects across different teams and systems simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience writing code and solving large-scale problems.
• Expert-level programming experience in Core Java with strong Object-Oriented skills.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Proven experience integrating various backend systems.
• Strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency programming.
• Ability to work in a language-agnostic manner and learn new technologies quickly.
• Degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BOT development on platforms like Dialogflow.
• Experience practicing Test Driven Development (TDD).
