You will design, develop, and maintain complex data integration solutions and pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and optimization of real-time and near real-time data integration solutions.
• Drive complex projects independently and mentor engineers through code reviews and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill data and reporting requests.
• Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models for data objects and relationships.
• Debug data solution components and develop effective remediation plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data integration.
• Advanced proficiency in Java (Java 8+), J2EE, Spring Framework (Data, Security, Integration), and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, JDBC Template, and Ehcache.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and NoSQL data modeling.
• Experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins, JSON, XML, and JMS.
• Proficiency in Python and Scala.
• Experience implementing data storage, transformation, and access best practices within Azure and on-premise platforms.
• Knowledge of JUnit and Mockito testing frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP), Test Driven Development (TDD), and DevOps best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka or Azure Service Bus.
• Active Azure DP-203 (Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) or equivalent Azure DP certifications.
