Description

Design, develop, and deliver cloud-native voice IVR applications, owning the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Code IVR experiences and architect new systems from the ground up within an Agile team.
• Participate in architectural and technical discussions to drive business value.
• Implement code following department standards and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software design and development.
• Expertise in Java programming.
• Proven experience with microservices design and development.
• 2+ years of experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Avaya IVR and Nuance Voice Recognition.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in source code management and unit testing.
• Experience working in an Agile software development environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent training/experience.
