Description

Senior Java Developer responsible for hands-on development, prototyping, and technical consulting for trade analytics, pooling, securitization, and reconciliation tools. Engage with business users to define requirements and design solutions under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain J2EE applications using servlets, JSP, and JDBC.
• Design and execute JUnit test cases using the Mockito framework.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and predicting configuration effects.
• Manage code builds and deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
• Support issue resolution and ad-hoc requests for the I&CM division.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of IT experience in design, development, integration, and testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Experience with relational databases: SQL, Sybase, SQL Server, MySQL, or DB2.
• Hands-on experience with Eclipse, Git, Gradle, Docker, and Jenkins.
• Ability to prototype and provide high-level technical consulting.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
