Description

You will develop and maintain secure, high-scale Java applications using Spring Boot and J2EE frameworks in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure APIs and manage session state across distributed systems.
• Write complex SQL queries and stored procedures using analytical functions like partition by.
• Optimize application performance through memory management and concurrency tuning.
• Utilize Linux command-line tools to manipulate data and manage environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java and J2EE.
• Deep understanding of Spring Boot and secure API development.
• Expertise in multi-threading, immutability, and volatile variables.
• Knowledge of JVM internals including Garbage Collection, off-heap memory, and weak references.
• Proficiency in Java reflection, proxies, and byte buffers.
• Experience with Google Guava, Apache HTTP clients, and other core Java libraries.
• Strong SQL skills including writing stored procedures and using analytical keywords.
• Proficiency with Linux commands such as sed, awk, and cut.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing memory via weak references and byte buffers.
