Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise Java applications within a support and maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production environments by implementing necessary fixes to ensure uptime.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve system issues.
• Manage application performance in accordance with established SLAs.
• Analyze end-to-end functionality of production applications to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in J2EE technologies including EJBs, Servlets, JDBC, and JSP.
• Hands-on experience with Spring and Struts frameworks.
• Proficiency in Web Services using SOAP and RPC.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with SOA architecture.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
