You will own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks and implementing robust solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Kafka-based architectures and integration strategies.
• Manage full SDLC phases from requirement gathering through implementation and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute software integration and troubleshooting.
• Refine applications through proactive testing and analytical problem-solving.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong experience in Core Java and J2EE development.
• Proficiency in Kafka architecture, design, and development strategies.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical tasks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams on software integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluent Kafka.
• Understanding of Gen AI or Agentic AI concepts.
• Experience in Agile Methodology.
