Description

You will design, implement, and test distributed systems for CRM business workflows while supporting the full software development life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test distributed systems for CRM business workflows.
• Develop backend code using Java, Spring, and Guice to build commercial scale software.
• Integrate internal and external service platforms using REST protocols.
• Participate in all SDLC phases, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reported by clients and internal users.
• Analyze new tools and technologies for proof of concept and provide recommendations.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java or Python.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and performance design.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
• Strong object-oriented or functional analysis and design skills.
• Ability to work within a global team to meet delivery milestones.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka and ZooKeeper.
• Experience building scalable, distributed microservices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL database systems.
