Description

Design and build large-scale streaming solutions and high-volume batch processing systems using Java, Kafka, and Cassandra.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy metrics for system monitoring and application alerting.
• Automate software integration and delivery across development, test, and production environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including JVM runtime problems and Linux platform issues.
• Conduct performance and scalability testing using customized load-generating tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and SpringBoot.
• Extensive experience with Kafka and Cassandra for large-scale streaming.
• Proven ability with multi-threaded applications, parallel processing, and concurrency.
• Hands-on experience with Spark for analyzing large data sets.
• Proficiency in Linux and Shell scripting.
• Experience with messaging technologies including JSON and REST.
• Knowledge of automation tools such as Gradle, Concourse, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with monitoring stacks like ELK or Prometheus, Grafana, and Telegraf.
