Description

You will design and build middle-tier systems using Java and Kafka.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Design and implement microservices architectures.
• Own the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years leading and designing middle-tier systems.
• Expertise in AWS, OpenShift, Java Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka.
• Proficiency in developing RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skilled in unit testing using JUnit and SonarQube.
• Proficiency with Feign, OAuth, and Gradle.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with APIGEE for API implementation.
