Description

You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade microservices and event-driven systems using Java, Spring Boot, Confluent Kafka, and Apache Flink.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize real-time data streaming solutions, including Kafka topics, consumer groups, schema management, and stream processing.
• Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Create automation utilities and data processing workflows using Python to improve platform reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, performance testing, and monitoring to ensure scalability and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and optimize Kafka/Flink environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 11/17+ and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of Microservices Architecture and event-driven development.
• Hands-on experience with Confluent Kafka, Kafka Connect, and Schema Registry.
• Proficiency with Apache Flink for real-time data processing.
• Proven experience deploying solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB).
• Ability to develop Python-based automation tools.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or Data Engineering.
• Experience optimizing high-volume streaming and real-time analytics systems.
