Description

You will develop secure Java code and implement automated testing frameworks within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write secure, efficient Java code using TDD and BDD methodologies.
• Perform deep debugging by analyzing core, heap, and thread dumps to resolve errors.
• Implement Gitflow branching strategies and manage API standards.
• Build repeatable automation tasks using scripting languages.
• Apply CI/CD concepts to support automation, pipelines, virtualization, and containerization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Kafka.
• Hands-on experience with TDD and BDD.
• Expertise in SDLC, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices.
• Ability to write automation scripts in Python, Ruby, Bash, Perl, or Groovy.
• Deep understanding of design patterns (Factory, Adaptor, Singleton, Strategy, IoC).
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and virtualization.
• Knowledge of API standards and cataloging.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with secure coding standards such as OWASP, CWE, or SEI CERT.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud-first development.
• Proficiency with code quality tools like Sonar, Zally, or Checkmarx.
