Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Java-based applications. Own the full lifecycle from architecture to production, ensuring high quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable back-end services using Java and Spring Boot, and front-end components with React or Angular.
• Define and evolve application architecture, collaborating with senior engineers to select appropriate technology stacks.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems, databases, and data sources.
• Drive CI/CD automation, containerization with Docker, and cloud deployments on AWS.
• Mentor development teams through code reviews and technical guidance, resolving complex performance and scalability issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with significant focus on Java.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks: React or Angular.
• Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Practical experience with AWS, Docker, and container orchestration concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership or senior developer roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and container orchestration tools like OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring tools such as Splunk, ELK stack, Prometheus, or Grafana.
