Description

Lead the design, development, and testing of software systems. Own the full development life cycle from requirements analysis to technical specification. Serve as the technical expert for development projects and evaluate new technologies. Manage user requirements, provide project estimates, and maintain documentation. Analyze code to identify errors, debug programs, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Provide technical guidance and performance feedback for team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full development life cycle, from requirements analysis and conceptual design to technical specification creation.
• Serve as the technical expert on development projects, evaluating new technologies for implementation.
• Manage user requirements, provide project estimates, and maintain documentation for software functionality and project planning.
• Analyze code to identify errors, debug programs, and implement risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Provide technical guidance and performance feedback for team members.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 10+ years of experience as a Java developer.
• 2+ years of experience in a Java Lead role.
• Deep expertise in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Experience with user interface design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Cloud and Spring Security concepts.
