Description

You will lead the design and integration of complex multi-platform Java application systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate new application systems and manage life-cycle enhancements.
• Determine project scope by assessing requirements from business and technical personnel.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technical platforms for assigned systems.
• Perform integration planning and analysis across multiple technical platforms and global system designs.
• Review database designs for new data structures and suggest modifications to existing structures.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of web development experience, including programming and development of web applications.
• 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Hibernate, EJB, and Spring.
• Extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience designing and developing web services and frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead both large and small application development teams.
• Strong knowledge of multi-threaded applications and message technologies.
• Deep understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Team Lead role.
