Description

You will lead backend engineering efforts using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable microservices with Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, IAM).
• Integrate GenAI tools like GitHub Copilot and DUO for agentic and spec-driven development.
• Mentor engineers on backend best practices and cloud-native patterns.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming.
• Proven experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS, and IAM.
• Familiarity with GenAI development tools (Copilot, DUO) and agentic workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.
