Description

You will lead backend development projects with heavy hands-on coding responsibilities, focusing on API design and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend project development and API design.
• Write production-ready code using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Manage onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery models.
• Coordinate technical workflows across distributed teams.
• Drive project delivery within Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of total IT experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Java.
• Extensive experience with Microservices and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Spring Batch and Kafka.
• 2+ years of experience managing distributed teams.
• Strong backend development and API expertise.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Valid H1b with minimum 2 years validity or approved i-140.
